I have been using a wd 1tb green hd and it is now full. I am on a budget and these seem to be the best choices for me right now. I know Seagate is a popular brand. I'm not sure about Hitachi, though the extra 500gb of space is nice, but it has 32mb less cache than the seagate, if that matters. I am most interested in space and reliability at a great price, and something that might be noticeably faster than what I am using now would be a great plus. Thanks for your help.
