Maintenance suggestions
Regular cleaning and inspection
Every 500 hours of operation or every quarter, use dry compressed air to remove the dust on the surface of the circuit board to prevent poor heat dissipation caused by dust accumulation.
Check if the terminal blocks are loose. Use an insulation tester to test the connection resistance (it is recommended to be ≤0.1Ω) to ensure reliable signal transmission.
Environmental control and protection
The installation location should be far away from heat sources and water sources, and ensure good ventilation (environmental humidity ≤85% RH) to prevent condensation water from damaging electronic components.
It is recommended to install a surge protector at the front end of the control board. Select a three-level protector with a rated voltage matching (such as a 2.5mm² cable), and the grounding wire length should not exceed 0.5 meters.
Operation norms and maintenance
It is strictly prohibited to plug or unplug the interface when it is powered on. Before operation, disconnect the power supply and wait for 5 minutes for discharge.
Regularly check the integrity of the sealing rubber strips. If aging or deformation is found, replace them in time to ensure that the protection level meets the standards.
