Help with Realtek AC'97 and ksuser.dll on Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro v2055.NO SOUND!HELP!!!?

Okay. I am not a computer person. at all.
My computer is a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro v2055.
Audio Output: Sound card
Audio Codec: Realtek ALC655
Compliant Standards: AC '97
. I downloaded the Realtek thing for v2055, and i had no idea how to use it on WinZip.
WinZip IS necessray for this kind of file.
Anyway, when i found the setup, and started the installion, a notification came out telling me i need a ksuser.dll CD , and Browse.
Unfortunately i have NO CD. And i dont know how to download ksuser.dll and how to use it with WinZip or what to do, or how to get sound back on my computer.
Please i seriously need help with this.
It had been almost 5 months now without sound. and i dont know what to do!
Please, i want it free and easy.

You should use winrar which can be downloaded from www.rarlabs.com. It will open .zip files also.
After installing the sound card driver, still there is no audio, install Microsoft Uaa Bus Driver for HD/Ac 97 audio.
